How does Counsel Compass Connect work?
Quick and easy from your Counsel Compass profile to your first client through Connect.
Activate Connect in settings
In Counsel Compass, open settings, go to the Connect tab and switch on your public profile. Until you do, there’s nothing about you on Connect.
Fill in your public profile
The name you practice under, a short bio, a photo, areas of work, languages, country, time zone and price range. You describe your expertise, qualifications and what you offer.
Submit it for review
Click “Submit for review” and your profile reaches our team. We check the details and publish the profile. Only approved profiles go public.
Clients choose a therapist and book a session
Your profile is public and indexed by search engines. Clients see your free slots and book. The appointment shows up in your calendar like any other.

Clients open Counsel Compass Connect with no account and no sign-up. They narrow the list with filters, open your profile, read your bio and book a slot. No calls, no waiting for a reply.

Connect is an option, not the default. Until you switch it on, your public profile doesn’t exist.
- Until you switch Connect on, nothing about you is public
- Your profile goes public only once we approve it
- Deactivate your profile with one click, at any time
- You write your profile content and change it whenever you like
- The “accepting new clients” switch tells us you’re available and have free slots
- Client data is never part of your public profile
